Cookie Care & Delivery
Cookies are best kept on the counter in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight (i.e. cookie jar or bread box). Do NOT refrigerate!
All cookies arrive in individual heat-sealed packaging, unless otherwise agreed upon (such as with cookie platters). Decorated sugar cookies are best enjoyed within the first week, but can keep their freshness for at least 2 weeks in sealed packaging. To preserve longer, place sealed cookies in an airtight container or bag in the freezer for up to 3 months. Allow cookies to thaw inside the container for at least 2 hours before opening to prevent condensation on the cookie. (PRO-TIP: For a quick, warm treat try microwaving an unwrapped frozen cookie for approx. 10 seconds. You can thank me later!)
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for orders within 10 miles of CPP Middle school. Flat rate of $5 delivery for up to 25 miles of CPP Middle School. Orders beyond 25 miles will require an additional delivery fee or shipping cost based on distance.
Please note that as a home processor (home kitchen) registered in NY, I cannot provide shipping out of state. If you plan on shipping cookies on your own, please let me know and I can assist you with how to best package your sweets for a safe arrival.
Payment Info
All custom cookies must be paid in full within 1 week of placing an order to reserve your order date.
Custom orders require a minimum 2 week notice. Rush orders (less than 2 weeks) will be accommodated based on availability and charged an additional fee of 25%.
Accepted payments in the online store include credit/debit and PayPal. For in-person and custom orders we also accept business checks to "Music Mama Sweets", cash, or Venmo @MusicMamaSweets.
All sales are final.

Designing sugar cookies started as a fun, creative outlet for myself. After MANY requests for more cookies from family and friends, I decided to make it official and started Music Mama Sweets in 2021. I'm Sarah Kennedy, a music teacher, mama, and now baker/owner of Music Mama Sweets. I've always had an interest in baking, so one day I tried making royal icing cookies and fell in love! I enjoy learning new techniques and ideas to create for all occasions.
Custom designing, decorating, and sharing sweets truly brings me joy!
During summer 2023 we moved from Cape May Court House, NJ to Painted Post, NY to be closer to family. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to complete orders in New Jersey. THANK YOU to all my wonderful friends and customers who enjoyed my cookies and supported my business!
